Every bag of G.R. International rice moves through the same facility in Madlauda, Panipat — cleaning, milling, grading, packing and loading, all under one roof, before it ever reaches a container.
Four stages, run in sequence on every batch that enters the mill.
Cleaning & Pre-Cleaning
Incoming paddy is cleaned to remove dust, husk and foreign matter before it enters the mill.
De-Stoning
Gravity and magnetic separation remove stones and metal particles ahead of milling.
Milling & Polishing
Precision milling gives every grade a consistent finish, batch after batch.
Length & Colour Grading
Every batch is sorted by grain length and colour before it's cleared for packing.
Packaging at G.R. International runs on the same site as milling, so grain moves from grading straight to sealed bag without leaving the facility.
Bags are available in PP woven and laminated formats, with heat-sealed, moisture-proof closures to protect aroma and shelf life across long-distance export routes. Private label and multi-language labelling are available on request — the Amrit Star range, for instance, carries English and Italian cooking instructions for EU retail.
Every pack also carries the company's hologram anti-counterfeit seal, a step buyers are directed to check for on the artwork itself.
In-house testing at every stage, not just a final inspection before dispatch.
Every lot is checked for moisture content to protect shelf life in transit.
Optical sorting removes discoloured and broken grains from every batch.
Multi stage screening clears dust, husk and non grain material before packing.
Random sampling confirms that the grain length matches the declared grade.
Every batch is logged against its packing date and batch number for traceability.
A final check against buyer specification before any bag leaves the facility.
Grain moves through aging, bulk storage and staging without ever leaving site.
The last stretch of the journey, handled in-house rather than passed off to a third party.
Direct-from-mill container stuffing for FCL shipments, reducing handling between packing and port.
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificates prepared in-house per shipment.
Working relationships with the shipping lines and freight forwarders across our core export regions.
